Hearing the rumbles of Harley-Davidson motorcycles down the streets of DTSF this time of year is the sure sign that the 20th anniversary Hot Harley Nights has commenced!
This weekend, DTSF is host to many events surrounding this four-day event, starting Thursday. So whether you own a bike yourself, or just have a love for the rumble like I do, be sure to check out all of the events.
Over the past twenty years, Hot Harley Nights has become somewhat of a tradition for Sioux Falls. This event brings together thousands of participants each year to raise money for Make-A-Wish South Dakota. Last year alone, they raised over $172,000 for this cause! So, let’s help as many children and families affected by life-threatening medical conditions that we can by making this year’s attendance record-breaking!
One of my favorite events during Hot Harley Nights is the motorcycle parade. This police-escorted parade is led by Make-A-Wish kids. The parade route begins at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at J&L Harley-Davidson and tours through Sioux Falls and our very own historic DTSF. Click here to view a map of the parade route.
